Program description: The Mechanic OC sends service-related text messages to customers who provide their phone number when booking an appointment by phone or in person, including appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle inspection reports, post-service follow-ups, review requests, and occasional service offers.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically 1–5 messages per service visit.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (949) 203-0359 and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join, contact the shop at (949) 464-8909.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
